ASSESSOR MEETING MINUTES

MAY 29, 2009

12:15P.M.     Called meeting to order. Present: Paula Keefe, Richard Gorden,

                           Ellen Abelson and Mark Mazur.

    1.   The Board unanimously elected Ellen Abelson, Chairman of the Board for

           the next year.

    2.   The Board reviewed and then signed a commitment for Supplemental Tax

           on New Construction for FY 2009.

    3.   The Board reviewed and then signed a certificate for State Reimbursement

           of Property Exemptions for FY 2009.

    4.    The Board reviewed and then signed a Notification of Acceptance for

            increasing exemption amounts by up to 100% for FY 2010.

    5.   The Board granted a FY 2009 abatement to the owners of Parcel # 132-39-1

           in final settlement of their appeal.

    6    The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting on Friday, June 12^th

           at 12:15P.M
